I am looking for a designer to design a realtor flyer. The flyer is intended to represent luxury and wealth, targeting high-end clientele. It will primarily be used on online.

Key Requirements:
- Sleek and minimalist, yet impactful icon
- Color scheme of deep navy blue and metallic gold
- A representation of opulence and wealth

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in designing logos, especially for high-end brands
- Proficient in color theory, particularly in creating a luxurious feel
- Able to convey a sense of luxury through minimalist design
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, a plus
- Previous work that showcases a blend of symbolism and opulence
